Course Development
Course Development
I collaborated closely with faculty and stakeholders to strengthen the accessibility, organization, and overall quality of these departmental courses, which will serve as template sections that adjuncts, TAs and new instructors will use. As part of this effort, I dedicated significant time to refining structure, improving clarity and navigation, and ensuring alignment between objectives, assignments, and rubrics.

Beyond these courses, I consistently apply the same level of care to the other courses I support—prioritizing accessibility, cleaning up content, strengthening module organization, and reinforcing alignment during certification work and course audits. Through this collaborative and detail-oriented approach, I help promote consistency, usability, and measurable learning outcomes at scale.

The Instructional Edge podcast serves to talk about some of the engaging or little hacks and tricks that allow us to change or optimize the way we work. Not only has this been a fun opportunity to do something different, but it's nice to drive the engagement that you see going on in the office.
